Hey DrCraigMc. Thanks for chatting with me on Twitter! I learned a lot from your site. I would really like to read your paper on the politics and coastlines...I am dying to see if any of what you learned can be applied to the voting maps of Florida and our own paleontological geographical history. Good luck with the study! If I don't win the giant isopod, please tell me where to buy one! :) divergurl1999@me.com Thanks, Trish Hunt

I am studying marine plastic pollution hope to connect soon to learn more about your work. I'm SciFund# too! experiment.com/toxicplastic I am wondering about your knowledge of historic marine woody debris. Seems like current situation is rafts of plastic and marine debris for organisms evolved to use natural debris, like wood. Did big at-sea wood rafts use to exist? Woody debris as nature's floating aggregation device? Good luck!

I can't afford to contribute a lot to the project, but I wanted to show my support all the same. Thank you for being a researcher that has embranced social media to share your work with the world in a way that will help bring more people to science in a positive way :) Scientists like you make my job as a science communicator and advocate for biodiversity research much more interesting and fun :) Sincerely, ~Stacey Lee Kerr
