What lies beneath? Exploring deep water sharks species of the western Bahamas.

I would be extremely interested to see how this goes. As the other person on here with deep water species on their minds (chimaera dentitions) it may be useful to see how we could help each other on this. For example, there are good data comparing the biases of different fishing methods in the NE Atlantic. It look as if trawls under sample batoids (the net goes over them) and longlines under sample the very small squalids and scyliorhinids, and virtually miss chimaeroids altogether, presumably due to both hook size and bait.
