- Jennifer Mae-White DayResearcherYes - I know Marcella! In fact I worked for her graduate student, Adam Dillon on his ocelot research project in Belize, and helped out with Marcella's jaguar camera trapping grids while I was there. It's one of the experiences that got me excited to pursue this branch of science! Thanks for your support, Vicky!Nov 11, 20140

- Israel Del ToroBackerGood luck! What part of Mexico will you be surveying. I attended UJAT in Tabasco for one year during my undergrad. There was a core of student who also tracked Jaguars there! it might be good to see if any of them are still around!Oct 03, 20140
- Jennifer Mae-White DayResearcherWe'll be surveying the Lacondon region of Chiapas - a place where little wildlife research has been done due to the extreme remoteness. The lack of trails and roads makes other techniques, like camera trapping or hair snares impossible - which is why this project is a great way to show off the capacity of the Conservation Canines to survey remote areas!Oct 07, 20140
- Suzie MarlowBackerWay to go Jen! I can't wait to learn more about this remaining piece of remote jungle. Cats rule, dogs drool and rule too :)Oct 03, 20143
