Funding Goal Reached!

Hi Everyone,

My project has recently reached its funding goal! Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed! Whether it was donating, sharing with friends and family, or simply reading the project page, I greatly appreciate all of your support and am very grateful.

Every dollar helps, so I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider supporting this project. There are only 6 days left, and my new goal is $1,525 (as opposed to $1,450). This added $75 will allow for me to purchase extra tanks and decorations. These added tanks will allow for more anoles to be tested at a time, hence decreasing the duration of the study.

Again, thank you so much to all of my backers and supporters.

Sincerely,

Victoria

About This Project

Green anoles (Anolis carolinensis) morphs from green to brown, and it is not known why. In this experiment, the effect of stress levels and the correlation of light levels and temperature on the frequency and duration of color change in A. carolinensis will be tested. I hypothesize that stress levels in addition to environmental conditions such as light and temperature affect color change in A. carolinensis. This research will provide insight into an unusual behavior of a common lizard.

Blast off!
