    I meet a German Herpetologist in Puerto Galera Philippines who had to stop making anti venom due to the lack of funding. This would be a life saver! Right now they have to import the anti venom from Thailand and their stockpile is very low in fact one article reports there was none on the island of Cebu! http://cobras.org/philippine-cobra/ My wife and I travel back and forth from US to Philippines so if there is anything else we can do to help let us know. rick swinger@yahoo.com
