Hands down, this is the easiest donation I have ever made. Mary Carskadon has done tremendous research that have helped hundreds of thousands of children and set the bar for public policy regarding setting sensible start times for high school students. She is a pillar of an important field that is just now getting recognized for its relationship to chronic diseases and public health threats that are defining our times.
