    Great questions! They live in the leaf litter, so to find them we have to sift it down to the small particles and animals... then look and look and look for our critters. These guys have to have damp conditions, or else they just dry out! This is one of the reasons why climate change has a strong effect on these animals.

    Super excited to follow this project! Question! When you go out into the field, how do you know where to find spiders? Do they like dry/wet environments, dark/light places?
