I am a bioinformatician focusing on bacterial genomics, antimicrobial resistance, and infectious disease, with experience at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) in Indonesia. I isolated and annotated the genomes of the Indonesian Bifidobacterium strains at the centre of this project and am the first author on the paper describing the probiotic collection.
