Another update!

We have officially started collecting data! Yay! It is not very complex data and currently consists of marking tallies each time a gorilla either walks by and looks at the Ipad or if they come over and actually sit in font of the stand. Speaking of the new stand, our new stand is working great! It moves up and down really smoothly so the gorillas are not too spooked. So far, I have been able to move it up and down in front of the adult females and one of the juveniles. It is slow progress, but progress none the less. Overall, the gorillas are doing great and we are still feeling very hopeful about future endeavors!
