I need your support to head back to Canada next month!

My wonderful friends and supporters, its been a very successful first year for the project; developing proof of concept at McMaster, travelling to Nepal and understanding the challenges of fieldwork with the Center for Molecular Dynamics and achieving a second round of the Sabin Snow Leopard grant with Panthera. This has been a labour of love for me. I believe in the worth of this idea so much I've been willing to sacrifice everything for it....a home, being around the people I love and living comfortably. Now that I've proven the concept works, I'm heading back to McMaster University for another 6 months to continue the work and I need your help again. I'm asking you to join me in helping to make a wonderful difference in the world for endangered species. Sometimes we have to go outside the walls of bureaucracy in order to really achieve conservation outcomes, but in order to do this we need the support of you! My sincere gratitude in advance xNat

Thank you to Frederique Olivier for putting this video together for me. Fred Olivier Productions

About This Project

Endangered species, like snow leopards and tigers, are hard to identify and track using the time consuming and expensive methods currently available. This project will revolutionize the ability to rapidly identify species by developing an easy-to-use kit to determine the DNA within their remains for the quick and accurate identification of illegally trafficked species, and identifying feces of animals in remote locations; crucial for conservation efforts.

Blast off!
