Summary

This project is designed to gain a deeper understanding of the social and professional impact of facial paralysis on individuals. Since little is know, qualitative interviews with a range of individuals who have facial paralysis

Pre Analysis Plan

Because so little was known about this population as a group, this project will create baseline information on which future projects can be built. This project is being analyzed using grounded theory (the theory emerges from the data). The purpose of this grant is to fund transcription and pre-analysis by a research assistant.
