About
I am a computational biologist and a data scientist with great enthusiasm in the analysis, architecture, integration and visualization of high-dimensional multiomics data. The core of my research is a collaborative model that brings investigators of different fields together for a larger impact. I enjoy working with clinicians, biologists, statisticians and software engineers to enable and accelerate the transition from knowledge discovery to effective treatment. My research interests focus on developing innovative methodologies, architecture and tools to accurately and effectively identify genomic aberrations in germline and tumor samples, evaluate genetic risk of cancer development in adult and pediatric leukemia patients, build complex models to integrate multi-genomics and clinical data for enhanced exploration of cancer genome, and discover new gene signatures and potential drug targets that can predict and improve patients' response to immunotherapy.
