As a student, I was able to get a B.S. in Chemistry from the College of Staten Island in 2017 and M.S. in Environmental Science. It was my immediate calling to have this project to use for the betterment of mankind and so a meeting was held with Dr. Levine who chaired the Environmental Science program at the time. Throughout my time in the lab, I was able to learn more than I could imagine and was able to see the planet as a web of interconnected parts which allow us and many species to coexist. This project focuses on the formation of SMTs and their benefits . The topic was suggested by Dr. Levine and Dr. Raja (CSI CUNY). I have had success but currently limited by supplies and faulty equipment.
