I am an undergraduate student attending the University of Toronto, Scarborough campus. I am pursuing a degree in life science, majoring in Human Biology and minoring in Psychology and Biomedical Ethics. I have always been intrigued by learning physiology and anatomy of the human body and many other species! I think an interesting aspect of biology is understanding the locomotion of species specifically flight, I believe not many prominent studies have been set out in studying the heart rate of different populations of pigeons when placed in a new environment. It was previously noted that pigeons represent models of various bird populations thus, it is beneficial to gain a deeper understanding of the evolution and adaptation of bird populations.
