About
An Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Georgia College, I earned my PhD in anthropology and certificate in disasters, displacement, and human rights studies from the University of Tennessee in 2016. My research interests focus on how humans perceive and experience conflict and conflict resolution during displacement. I have conducted research in rural and urban areas of the African Great Lakes Region and the United States. Also a lover of gardening, reading, knitting, and whisky (not necessarily in that order). For more information about my work, interests, and background, follow me on Twitter and Academia. Cheers!
