Hsien-Ching Chung received his Ph. D. in 2011 in physics from the National Cheng Kung University (Tainan, Taiwan). From 2011–2012, he was a postdoctoral fellow in the National Center for Theoretical Science (south), Tainan, Taiwan. Currently, H. C. Chung is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Physics as well as the Center for Micro/Nano Science and Technology in the National Cheng Kung University. His main scientific interests in condensed matter physics include electronic and optical properties of carbon-related materials and low-dimensional systems. H. C. Chung is a member of American Physical Society and American Chemical Society.
