Activist Millennial: Marie Paul

[ORLANDO, FL] Continuing on the research trail, our work took us to the University of Central Florida (UCF). There, we spoke with Marie Paul, a UCF student and Dream Defender, who shared with us her understanding of and experiences with patriarchy in organizing work. As mentioned by other students with whom we have talked, Marie expresses about the importance of engaging issues like sexism proactively, particularly within progressive social justice community. We believe in doing so, solidarity with in social movement organizations, especially composed of young people, can be better maintained over time.
