Hello, beautiful community! 🌟 We're back with some juicy insights and lessons learned in our journey through the Unveiling Desires project. Here’s a sneak peek at the latest from our team’s efforts:

  1. Data Magic with Tableau! 🧙‍♀️✨ Let’s say our team got a serious schooling in the “new school way” of project management with Tableau. Data wrangling is no joke, and after pivoting, filtering, and a bubble graph or two, we’re practically Excel ninjas! One of our team members put it best: “Working line-by-line without SPSS? Yeah, that’s a slice of ‘small hell’...in November.” 😂

  2. Mapping Our Desires 🗺️💌 We’re experimenting with heat maps to spot trends nationwide. Just imagine knowing which regions favor which kinks and desires… spicy, right?

  3. Team Growth and Bonding Moments 💪❤️ Big shoutout to our students and data analysts who are hands-on with all 1,262 survey entries. This is no small feat, and their dedication means we’re getting closer to the big picture on BIPOC BDSM preferences.

Thank you for following and supporting every step of this journey with us. Your backing fuels this exploration of desire, community, and storytelling like never before. Stay tuned, stay spicy, and keep pushing the boundaries with us!

About This Project

"Unveiling Desires'' explores BIPOC fetishistic desires using a unique dataset from voluntary fetish surveys collected over the past decade. This study provides insights into a sexually suppressed & underrepresented demographic. Key findings highlight the complexity of BIPOC sexual desires & the reclaiming of sexual autonomy. The fortuitous collection of this data offers an invaluable opportunity to advance sex education and discourse.
